Vertical jet dust collectors typically consist of an upper chamber, a middle chamber, a lower chamber (dust hopper), a pulse-jet cleaning system, filter bags, and filter frames. The upper chamber contains the clean air chamber and the pulse-jet cleaning device; the middle chamber is the filtration chamber, housing the filter bags and filter frames; the lower chamber collects the shaken-off dust. The pulse-jet cleaning system includes pulse valves, jet pipes, and an air manifold, responsible for generating and delivering compressed air. As the core component of the dust collector, the material and performance of the filter bags directly affect the dust collection efficiency and service life. Common filter bag materials include polyester and fluoropolymer, which are characterized by high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
