Mushroom substrate powder is a heat-sensitive powder. Drying needs low temperature control, anti-clumping, low dust, and keeping activity. The best choice is a three-cylinder dryer for large continuous capacity, or a single-cylinder dryer for small to medium capacity. Our mushroom substrate powder drying equipment meets these needs. Low-Temperature Drying Technology We Use
We use low-temperature drying technology. The temperature is kept below 120°C. This does not damage the active parts of the material. If you need even lower temperature, we can go down to 80°C. Our hot air stove controls temperature precisely, within plus or minus 5 degrees. This ensures your material quality. For types of live bacteria,the temperature must be below 60°C with staged control. Our mushroom substrate powder drying equipment can do that too.

Application from Jiangxi Organic Fertilizer Plant
A factory in Jiangxi produces organic fertilizer. Their mushroom substrate powder was very wet. Direct granulation gave poor results. We installed a Φ2.5×5.5m three-cylinder mushroom substrate powder drying equipment. The drying temperature was set at about 100°C. The outlet water content dropped to 0.8%. Granulation improved right away. The customer said our equipment solved a big problem for them.
