Unlike traditional water washing-which wastes water and causes sludge pollution-this machine uses high-pressure airflow to precisely strip excess stone powder from sand. It ensures perfect grading with stone powder content strictly controlled within the 5% required for commercial concrete, making it the best investment for eco-friendly quarry owners.
In our 20,000㎡ facility, we use laser cutting and arc welding robots to build these machines. A client in Fujian facing pollution fines switched to our dry system, achieving zero wastewater discharge and selling the recovered stone powder as a byproduct.
