What "Three Separations" Really Means

 

"Three separations" means: coarse powder (d>150μm) goes back to the first mill chamber; medium-coarse powder (60μm<d<150μm) goes to the second chamber or is collected separately; fine powder (d<60μm) goes directly to storage as finished product. This stops over-grinding and mixed particle sizes. The work flow is: feed to distribution plate dispersion, then primary inertia separation, then secondary air classification, then cage rotor vortex fine classification, and finally three separate collections.
