No Power Needed, Long Life

Case from Jiangsu Cement Plant

A cement plant in Jiangsu added a roller press system but did not have a V-type air classifier. The pressed material went straight into the mill. The mill output was low. We added a V1500 classifier for them. Now coarse material goes back to the roller press. Fine material goes to the mill. The mill output increased by 30%. Power use dropped by 20%.
