Coal Mill Dynamic Air Classifier

Air and material flow through the same path. This keeps the system simple. Coarse powder goes back to the mill for another grind. Fine powder goes to the dust collector as finished product. You can control coal fineness by changing the rotor speed. The classification efficiency is over 10% higher than normal classifiers. Coal powder is flammable and explosive. Our Coal Mill Dynamic Air Classifier has an explosion-proof design. The housing has explosion vents. All electrical parts are explosion-proof. The machine is fully grounded. This makes it very safe to use. Here is how it works: the air and coal mix from the mill comes in through the lower inlet pipe. It goes up through the inner cone. Coarse particles fall down by gravity into the coarse collector. The fine powder goes to the rotor zone. Fine particles that are small enough go through the rotor and out. Coarse particles are thrown back to the mill.

Capacity is based on 80μ sieve residue of 2%. The machine comes with an SGZ-8 dry oil pump. Motors are Y160L-4 to Y225M-4.

A cement plant in Henan had a coal mill with low classifier efficiency. The coal fineness was not stable. The kiln head did not burn well.
