Dry Process, No Water Pollution

Traditional sand washing uses a lot of water. It also produces sludge that is hard to treat. Our Sand and Gravel Classifier is a dry process. It uses no water. There is no waste water discharge. It is perfect for dry areas and places with strict environmental rules. It removes excess stone powder from manufactured sand. One customer in Fujian had stone powder content of 15% in their sand. That was too high for construction standards. We installed an HKX800 classifier. The stone powder content dropped to below 5%. They passed the test easily.

Case from Fujian Sand Plant

A sand plant in Fujian made manufactured sand. But the stone powder content was too high for construction standards. We installed an HKX800 Sand and Gravel Classifier.
