Dual-Rotor Air Classifier

Our Dual-Rotor Air Classifier is an upgrade from O-Sepa technology. It has an upper rotor and a lower rotor on the same shaft. They can spin at different speeds or the same speed. This creates a double vortex classification field. It gives two rounds of dispersion and two rounds of classification. The precision, efficiency, and fineness adjustment range are much better than single-rotor machines. After startup, system circulation load dropped 18%. Output increased 22%. Power use per ton fell 12%. The customer gave high praise.
