High Temperature with Full Combustion
Our pulverized coal furnace uses fine coal powder as fuel. The coal powder is sprayed into the furnace through a burner and burns in suspension. It produces high-temperature flue gas or hot air. This provides heat for mineral powder drying, rotary kilns, and dryers. Compared to lump coal stoves, the pulverized coal furnace burns more completely, heats up faster, has stable temperature, and higher heat efficiency. It is good for medium to large drying lines. Fuel and Supporting System
The fuel is bituminous or anthracite coal made into fine powder. The fineness is usually 70% passing 200 mesh. This pulverized coal furnace is used for drying non-metallic mineral powder, sand and gravel, clay, kaolin, bentonite, and slag. The main features are full combustion, high heat efficiency, high furnace temperature, large output, and stable adjustable heat supply. You need a coal preparation system and high-efficiency dust collection. We can provide the coal grinding and conveying equipment too.
