The Combined Air Separator merges the best of static V-type separation and dynamic cage-type vortex grading. It represents the high end of powder classification. Our ZS series achieves precision that single-stage classifiers cannot reach. After the first static stage breaks up material, the high-speed dynamic rotor ensures a fine powder recovery rate of 99.9%, providing your final product (like high-grade cement) with excellent particle size distribution.

In our factory, we have a dust-free assembly area dedicated to the precision rotors of these separators. We provide full process layouts and equipment drawings to ensure the unit fits perfectly into your existing mill house.
