Definition And Overview Of Dry Mortar Mixers

Dry mortar mixers are industrial equipment used for mixing dry mortar, also known as horizontal dry mortar mixers. The main unit adopts a horizontal cylindrical structure, equipped with a spiral lifting device and a movable door; its operating noise level is relatively low, and the installation process is relatively simple.

Its core mixing components mostly adopt a horizontal zero-gravity structure, using twin-shaft paddles or spiral ribbons rotating in opposite directions to create material convection, achieving rapid and uniform mixing in a weightless state, effectively avoiding material segregation or structural damage.

Dry mortar mixers employ a multi-layer spiral ribbon mixing structure.

The equipment is widely used in the large-scale production of building materials such as bonding mortar, plastering mortar, and flooring mortar, and is suitable for mixing building decoration materials such as dry powder, dry mortar, and putty powder.
