The working principle of a pulse jet dust collector is based on pulse jet cleaning technology. When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, it first passes through filter bags for filtration. Dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bags, while clean gas passes through the filter bags into the clean air chamber and is eventually discharged from the dust collector. Over time, dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter bags, causing the dust collector's resistance to increase. At this point, the pulse jet cleaning system of the pulse jet dust collector starts working, injecting compressed air to generate instantaneous high-pressure pulses. This causes the filter bags to rapidly expand and shake, thereby shaking off the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bags into the dust hopper, completing the dust removal process.
